You can have a few test here to determine it:

:: You tend to twist around with words by asking them to check out your blog.
:: You starting to think about making money with blog such as Nuffnang.
:: Many things you do are governed by your blog. (Any events or special happening are going to be 1 of your blog post.
:: Always having camera standby to capture pictures.
:: Been thinking hard to woo more visitors.
:: Checking nuffnang's income every early morning. (every week, haha)
:: Common chatting topics would be always about blogs or blogsphere.
:: Get really excited when someone you never thought of visited your blog. (omg, yes yes yes!)
:: Bf/gf has been upset or jealous over nothing which is your BLOG!
:: Eat, sleep or bathing also been thinking over your blog.
