Tiramisu

my first attempt in making tiramisu.
im bored making the same thing over and over again.
something new :)

nom nom-ing it makes me happy!
the ingredient is kinda expensive, no wonder its so expensive having desserts outside. :(
i bought a tin of whipping cream and a packet of ready tiramisu mix, instead of making the whipping cream and mixing mascarpone cheese, eggs, sugar and what else i don't know. i chose the easy way. maybe try the troublesome way when im way too free and hardworking.


and i whisked the mixture with my hand. wtf. its not like first time, but im tired of whisking with my hand instead of the machine! so i'll bake no more until i have a mixer. LOL.

it's harder to whisk tiramisu mix than sponge mix, to me. and so after whisking just refrigerate it! for at least 4 hours.

it doesnt taste like what i expect, duh. maybe i didn't whisked it long enough. and it tastes a bit sourish after 4 hours i refrigerate. but the sourish taste fades after i refrigerate it longer,
and i noticed it tastes better the longer you refrigerate it.

anyway, its edible :D
not that bad afterall.



& i'm going to nom it now. ;p

或许你可以尝试将蛋糕横切三份,每一份之间涂上咖啡酒水,再涂上cream,这样味道会更好?
